The Ultra O Screwgate Carabiner has a manual locking gate that requires screwing or unscrewing the barrel to lock or unlock it. The Ultra O Kwiklock and Kwiklock Captive Bar Carabiners have an auto-locking gate that requires two distinct actions to open. This feature is appropriate when auto-locking gates are needed, rigging arrangements are fairly motionless, and anchor points are simple to monitor. The Ultra O Locksafe and Locksafe Captive Bar Carabiners have an auto-locking gate that requires three distinct actions to open, providing additional safety in complex rigging arrangements, such as those with running ropes or isolated anchor points. The Ultra O Durolock Carabiner has an auto-locking gate that requires four distinct operations to open. Force must be maintained throughout the gate's return to ensure it remains safely locked. All Ultra O Carabiners feature a keylock nose design that eliminates snagging. The nose slots into a groove in the gate, allowing the carabiner to achieve full strength without a gate notch.
